"I remember the first day I heard you were transferred to AAU. I saw you, and somehow, it felt like I had met you before, even though I had never actually seen you. Then, during the very first meeting you had with the leaders, I was the first person you prophesied to. I still remember those words like it was yesterday. They stayed with me. Thank you, Pastor Sir, for investing in my personality, for believing in me even before I believed I could handle the responsibilities entrusted to me, and most importantly, for investing the Word of God into my life. The greatest force on earth is love, and that is exactly what you showed me and everyone around you. You loved genuinely, served wholeheartedly, and impacted lives in ways that words cannot fully express. Pastor Sir, honestly, this still feels unreal. It doesn't really feel like you are gone, because a dead man cannot be killed, and a man who is alive in Christ is alive forever. Your life, your words, your love, your teachings, and your investment in people will continue to speak. I love you, Most Excellent and Esteemed Pastor Theophilus Owase. ❤️ Thank you, Pastor Sir, for everything. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for pouring into me. Thank you for being a vessel through which God touched my life. Your impact lives on. Forever. 🕊️❤️"

"I couldn't really believe when I heared about your transition to glory, but God knows best . Calling my name in every meeting and checking up on me was your normal culture . One of the most important thing I learned from you was intensity in prayers ,tenacity, boldness and courage to face a fight There are footprint and fossils that disappears in sand and there are footprint that becomes a road for others to follow, your path is worth emulating, you didn't just enter time, you made time to remember you . Thank you for praying for us . Thank you for burning the candles all night for our sake . Thank you for believing in us . We will not fail you and render your investment useless. Rest well God's general."

"A teacher, A mentor You always had everyone around you in mind, always concerned about their well-being, how they were faring. You were so supportive, especially towards ideas. You were very welcoming and encouraging. You were someone whom we could run to and confide in. You'd always check on me to know what new thing have I learnt. One of the few who believed in me. Until we me again 🫡 I love you Sir"

"My Papa as I fondly call you. There have never been anyone like you in my life. You taught me, raised me and gave me opportunities to exercise my faith and win in life. It's not the same without you. Who will I call when it gets tough? Who will I call to cheer me up? Who will I call to remind me, what I am made of?. Who will I call to encourage, inspire and stirr me again.?. Who will I call just to say I LOVE YOU SIR?. Who Sir?. This wasn't the plan. This wasn't it at all; but I take solace in Christ, knowing the rapture is soon and I shall see my Papa again. I Love you forever Papa❤️❤️❤️❤️. Keep resting till morning. Your favourite son."
